HOW TO APPLY

Step 1: Submit An Application

Complete the Homeschool Admission Form and submit the required documents to our admissions office at Brainwave Homeschool, Subang Jaya.
 

Required supporting documentation includes:

1. Recent passport-sized photo of the child

2. Copy of child’s identification (NRIC, birth certificate, or passport)

3. School reports from the last two years

4. Copy of parents’ identification (NRIC or passport)

5. Specialist reports (if the child has individual or special educational needs)

*Important: Please disclose any special educational needs. The school reserves the right to withdraw a place if such information is withheld. 

Step 2: Parent Meeting And Entrance Assessment

Parent Meeting (20 minutes)

• To discuss your child’s needs and ensure we can provide the right support.

Assessment

• Primary & Secondary applicants: Written assessments and a short writing task (60–120 minutes per subject).

• Preschool applicants: Play-based observation to explore basic skills.

Outcome Discussion

• We will meet with parents to share results and confirm the appropriate year group placement.

Step 3: Offer & Admission

• Successful applicants will receive an Offer Letter with the next steps.

• To secure a place, families must return the signed Letter of Acceptance with proof of payment.

• If the year group is full, your child will be placed on a Waiting List (re-application required for the following year).

• Parents must agree to the School Rules & Regulations to finalize admission.
